Fundus Parameters

Case: withheld until reveal
Age: 47
Disc: measure with calipers
C/D: measure with calipers
Features: none
RNFL wedge: check with red-free

Model and Provenance

The fundus is generated: disc diameter drawn from a stated distribution, cup as geometry, rim thickness per sector so the ISNT pattern is a property; arcades and fovea placed anatomically for a right eye as the examiner sees it; case features placed by quadrant. The direct aperture is enlarged from the true five-degree field for usability and says so; indirect hides small features and inverts. Red-free contrast changes are rendered, not asserted. Coverage is the union of swept apertures. Cup-to-disc and disc size come only from placed calipers. Retinopathy staging by counted features follows the ETDRS scheme cited at sign-off.

Simplified model for educational and research purposes -- not a clinical diagnostic tool.

Scope

Claimed: examine, mark, measure, call, route. The fundus verdict recognizes and routes; it does not treat.
Not claimed: treatment and management; slit-lamp and instruments outside this module; disease diagnosis; licensure.
Verb set: Examine, Mark, Measure, Call, Route. No treatment verb exists in this module.
Seams: to Humphrey VF (disc-field correlation); to Tonometry (disc context for IOP interpretation); to residency (neuro route and same-day route emit handles).
